Like stepping back into the 1960s, but not really in a good way. Was a fine place to spend one night, and the price was fair. Bathroom was a bit grimy, paint peeling off the walls, rust on the metal vent covers, small shower. Carpet was worn out and I definitely wasn’t about to walk barefoot on it. Positives were a very, very comfy bed (firm), tons of parking, and a nice breakfast spread that included an omelette station included in your room price. I’d stay here again, but they could definitely spend some money and improve things a bit.

Breakfast is amazing!!

I love this place

The bed was amazing, and it was the most comfortable night of sleep I have had in years!

Public area was not very clear

the good: shower, staff at restaurant and front desk on Sunday am very friendly. Room was nice and big. the not so good: Check in person not friendly at all, put out that we were checking in. Pool right out in the atrium. Advertised hot tub, no hot tub. Dinner at restaurant, awful food. They need to do better. I read other reviews and others loved the restaurant?? Very old needs updating in the rooms. Very dark needs more lighting in the lobby area. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast staff were friendly and gave exceptional service. Air conditioner in room was very loud when it came on and woke us up every 15 minutes.... rm 244

Soooo much better than the Baymount next door.

The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the food from Falcon bar and grill, surprisingly good. The staff was always super friendly.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. My kids enjoyed the hotel very much. The location was convenient.

Trash and dirty dishes outside the rooms in the hallways long into the afternoon and early evening. We checked into our room after 4pm and there was a huge bag of trash and a dirty coffee cup outside our door, which remained there even much later after we went to and returned from dinner. Staff was very nice though, and the room was very pleasant and clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious! But the hotel needs up keeping it’s really old and dirty . The elevator was super slow! But the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice staff!

Great check in
