The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful!! The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable! The rate was great! The only issue is it’s a bit out of the way—our son lives in DC. But we would stay there again and take advantage of Top Golf and the MGM/Harbor!
We stayed here for a convention at the Gaylord, and we loved how friendly and helpful everyone was for our entire stay. Check in was fast and efficient, the restaurant was delicious (and they sent up room service very fast every time we needed something), and the room was lovely. Carpets were plush, linens soft, and the AC and heating worked perfectly. The shuttle bus was also absolutely fantastic to have, so we didn't have to park in National Harbor. All in all, would absolutely stay here again.
Staff was nice, the restaurant bar was cool. But the hallway stank of weed. Not like a little weed but full on Chech and Chong. When I mentioned it during check out the morning guy didn’t seem to think it abnormal.
Affordable, clean, good beds.
They dont have free breakfast. Its a refurbished hotel and its missing some finishes in the room. Could have been better.

I didn’t know that this hotel had a lounge right in the entrance. The music was so loud I can hear it in my room at the 3rd floor. Also the curtains didn’t closed properly so I had a horrible night. :(

I love that the staff here were super friendly and accommodating. Reggie, our bartender at the onsite restaurant, was amazing and really made our dining experience stand out. He was very personable and aimed to please. Nardos, at the front desk, was an absolute gem. She made our check in very smooth and even sent extra touches like a dog bed for our pup. She was always smiling and happy to help. The rooms were extremely clean, the property is very nice and each staff member I encountered provided superb customer service and friendly conversation. Great amenities included free self parking, which is rare for the DC area, a complimentary shuttle to MGM, National Harbor, and the Tanger Outlets as well as a complimentary breakfast buffet (note: we were not permitted to take our breakfast to the room which seemed a little odd). The only downside I could say is that the hotels regular rates, about $349/night, seem a little high for the property type and ‘outskirts’ location. But perhaps the high rates were due to events in the area and Congress being in session ? Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would consider coming back for mini getaways when the rates are a little more favorable. We feel we really made a connection with this property and it’s amazing staff!
