Liked the room and temperature of the room. Didn’t like that they advertised daily housekeeping upon request. When on requested it they say they didn’t have housekeeping on the weekends but they had the dates of my stay noted in the text offering housekeeping. A little noisy at night in the hallway. But we were near the pool.

Solid hotel to stay in, reasonable price, front desk supervisor is awesome! Great customer service. Quick turnaround with requests. Its just a classic older hotel that is very homey, I usually stay here when in town!

we chose this hotel based on other reviews. The staff was very friendly. Check-in went smoothly. The problem we had was with our room. This was advertised as a suite and the only thing different was. They had a one burner cooktop. And I don’t know about the rest of you travelers, but I don’t bring a pot with me when I travel. There was absolutely no amenities in this room to go with the cooktop. They didn’t have a single pan so I’m not sure how you were supposed to use that. Otherwise, this was a standard room. Bathroom sink area was extremely small and oddly shaped. There was hair on the bathroom floor that did not belong to us and only two towels even though there were three registered guests. What can you do with 2 towels? The other odd thing was the shower curtain came down about 1 inch into the tub. It was very difficult to shower and not have water all over the bathroom floor. All in all, I would probably stay in a different hotel. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but it has to be clean.

I had a wonderful time at the LivINN. The staff was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was ok and was included in the stay, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice. The staff was wonderful. It was a good location for the basketball tournament we were attending. Dealing with a third party to change our reservation was not a good experience.

I like the pool and breakfast. The check in was slow because there was a 30 minute wait with 1 receptionist and 1 manager. However, everything was beyond my expectations. Great experiences.
