I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is amazing but with the ballpark and numerous restaurants nearby it is noisy at night. This hotel will be our go to for future trips to Cincy.

We have stayed here a few times. This time we spent a little extra and had a balcony room, with the river view. Absolutely beautiful views and a corner room with privacy. Will definitely be back, and will request this room every time!!

While it was conveniently located for my one night work stay, I was not impressed with the cleanliness and check-in. The check-in clerk was not friendly or welcoming and when I asked about parking, he said the only option was $40 valet, which I was double charged for ($80) upon checking out. Entering our room, I immediately noticed an afterparty type of smell... stale beer, alcohol, etc. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, used contacts in the wastebasket, and the bed was uncomfortable. While basic, I expected better for this price point and cleanliness... at the very least.

No water pressure on the 7th floor, it was fixed on the second day of us being there. We had our child with us that’s the only reason why it was a problem. Funky smell in the room. Staff was really great.
