Great stay in Chinatown - fabulous restaurants and activites. Clean, safe, great hotel. Parking is $30 in a connected garage with in an out possibilities with a sticker from the front desk (not the hotel's but connected to the hotel) - a great price for Chicago.
We enjoyed a short stay at this property. We loved the layout of the room, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The only drawbacks to the property would be limited parking in the garage and our room was on the side of the hotel next to the highway/rail line. While we noticed the traffic noise during the day, it didn't bother us at night when trying to sleep in the very comfortable beds. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
The hotel itself is very nice, but the parking was not very convenient. Check in was fast and efficient, but when I left the parking lot after 25 minutes (check-in), I had to pay $10 to do so. I was okay with the $25 overnight charge, but there should be some kind of credit for check in parking. The area around the property is basically Chinatown, but at night I'm not sure I'd venture too far from the property.
Check in person at front desk reception person was very nice. She gave out recommendations for the area, and we definitely would book here again along with family and friends. Additionally, parking was easy and the bathrooms were pristine

First-class staff took care of all our concerns quickly and easily. The room was comfortable, quiet, spacious, and impeccably clean. We stayed in many rooms over the course of our cross-country trip, and I asked my teenage sons which room/location stood out. They both picked SpringHill Suites Chicago as the 'easy' winner. Very satisfied.
