Ramon at the front desk was fantastic and very friendly! My only gripe of the hotel is the parking situation, it’s bad.
Our room wasn’t ready for checkin as promised at 4. We didn’t get our room until 6. The last was rude and said we had no choice to wait. I asked for some kind of discount or voucher for drinks & she said absolutely not.
Stayed here for a Bears game, about a 15 minute walk. Ubered to other Chicago points of interest. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed for two of us. Would stay here again!
Everything was perfect except the noise levers until about 11:39pm It was a Saturday and football games were happening that weekend so it took me a little while to fall asleep- but loved the hotel

The minute I walked in the bathroom it smelled like weed . I have no idea if it was from the vents my daughter has asthma not a good experience.
We had a nice trip, our stay was very safe, pleasant and great! It’s around 2 miles to Downtown and we walked every day. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We LOVED our stay and our room. The front desk workers were kind, personable and friendly. Our room was huge. O was actually shocked at how big it was. Kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting area. Huge bathroom and decent size bedroom. It was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, but it's free... so I won't be complaing by any means! There is a parking lot in the back. If you get there during the day you'll most likely get a spot for around $40something. If you get there evening time, except to have to pay for them to park your car. $65. But that's just a heads up. So worth it!!
Suite was spacious with all the amenities. Staff was very accommodating considering our circumstances.

Very pleasant. I wasn't expecting a kitchenette. That was an extra benefit.
