Lounge had limited hours, brunch was cold and poor quality, pool was closed, sink in bathroom barely worked. Ice bucket was gross.

The cleanliness, but the parking could be an issue when busy
Unfortunately the pool was closed which is why i chose this hotel and paid 150 I felt ripped off and even breakfast wasnt free.
Service was good the check in process was nice and smooth. The room was great. The only negative thing was the room needed to be vacuumed more often or do a better job. The sofa bed look dirty and it was hard to open. I found a pack of blunts/cigars in between the sofa bed in which I’m glad I found it instead of my toddlers. I did call room service to help out with the sofa bed and I handed the gentleman the pack of blunts/cigars and told him I found this in between the sofa bed. But other then that it was a nice place to stay for 2 days.
This was a completely AWESOME experience and the manager, Shawn was so accommodating and personable. I will definitely go back and spread the good word.
In the first room the shower had mildrew buildup and the second room the shower door was broken but maintenance did come up to repair.
