The hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Staff was courteous and super friendly and helpful, location was convenient to eating places and where we were attending.
The hotel location is serene and peaceful. Standing in front of the hotel looking at the greenery while awaiting my ride was a calming experience and the perfect start to the day.
Was nothing like pictured, rooms smelt old & moldy... carpet looks very old dingy. We went to the indoor pool and there was only 2 towels available for a family of 3. This was not worth the money, won’t be back.
Pillows are not good. No way to call front desk. Other than that it was ok
The hotel room, staff, and location were very good; but loose the parking fee and notify customers that you will be putting a hold on their credit/debit card.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, if not particularly charming. My room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the linens soft and inviting. The tv was bolted in place at the end of the dresser/desk, inconveniently positioned for watching from either the bed or the sofa (it was as if the person who dropped it off just left it on the nearest end of the furniture to the door). The hotel is tucked away in a business area amidst multi-story office buildings; on a Friday night, it was particularly quiet. The location of my room was as far as it could have been from the main lobby / restaurant / other facilities - which luckily I did not need to use. Whether the room assigned had anything to do with the fact that I paid a discount rate (thank you, Orbitz!), I had the very corner room... fine with me, although had the hotel been fuller, the location of the ice machine on the other side of my wall might have proved annoying. The elevator across from the ice machine - just above the door to the parking lot - likewise attracted numerous guests, some of whom carried on boisterous conversations as they proceeded down the hall. For just the one night, no problem. I'd stay there again, tho I'd ask for a different location.
I've been coming to the Courtyard Marriot in Oak Brook for sometime now. I travel for work so I've stayed at many hotels and this is definitely one of my favorites!. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is amazing, especially Cyrus and Lindsey. Everyone is delightful and accommodating from the time you check in until the moment you leave. I've left personal belongings here, and they have shipped them to me for free. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to all!
The hotel was near our family party, which was nice. We enjoyed sitting outside one relatives room, when we returned. The most disappointing was breakfast on Sunday morning. I ordered an egg, spinach and cheese sandwich, the manager seemed flustered and confused when we asked about it. He brought out a sandwich that the English muffin was COLD. I then told him to just bring me the oatmeal, which was cheaper than what I had ordered. He made no attempt to make an adjustment or apologize. He was totally overwhelmed, because of the lack of help. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, but there needs to be more help.

I was not happy staying at this hotel. Was not given the room we paid for. Staff lied and told us we had a kingsize bed when I know that it was a queen. I own a kingsize so I know it was a queen they gave us. Had to travel all the way down to the lobby (right behind the service desk) to warm our food up in a microwave that hardly warmed up because they do not provide them in their rooms (except for suites) we left a day early because of the inconvenience & dishonesty.
