It took a while for the van driver to pick us up but he did come after waiting about 30 min

Had a very late check in. 1am. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The main elevator was out of service, but was told of another of needed. Reminded me of a utility elevator. Not more then 2 and some luggage could fit.
Two elevators didn’t work and half of the outlets didn’t work. We were also missing coffee cups and coffee pot didn’t work properly.
No food on site
No surprises and easy check in. There was construction noise fairly early in the morning by 8am

The hotel was great, and the staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous .
Overnight person was dealing with customers and check in with patients and professionalism. She was respectful , calm and efficient. Property, rooms and breakfast were good. Prices on rooms were the best for the area around the airport. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Price was expansive and over $100 you can get a good place. Property was ok. Free parking and breakfast is good deal. Rooms ok but bathroom is very small. Staff is friendly and cooperative.
They don’t respond and the shuttle service from airport to hotel is terrible
