I had a bad check-in experience. I arrived to the hotel on May 2 at around 7:45 p.m. There were 4 people in front of me in the check-in line, but the lobby was full of big tourist groups. The tourist guides kept cutting in front of the line to check their big groups in. The check-in stuff did not object and allowed them to do it. I had to wait for almost an hour to be checked in. All the hotel restaurants stopped serving food by the time I got out of my room after depositing my suit case. Otherwise the property is extremely clean. I stayed in the "premium section" and the beds are exceptionally comfortable!

Very nice hotel but our toilet quit flashing. Maintenance came to fixed it. Curtain pull rod wand fell off. Maybe need a little maintenance. Location is good and I liked their shuttle service.

Staff in general are lack of knowledge about their services, particularly the concierge. The free shuttle to the airport departure floor main entrance was not stopped as the concierge confirmed. They changed to carpark #1 due to traffic but not well informed and communicated. Otherwise I would consider the alternative as I had many baggages with me.
