Horrible customer service!
Our soccer tournament was canceled due to weather and when we called immediately after finding out, neither hotels.com nor Fairfield was able to give us any type of compensation. Very frustrating and horrible customer service. Will not be using either hotels.com or hotel chain in the future- very disappointing.

We needed a stay while traveling towards Tampa and found this hotel with availability and it was pet-friendly which we needed. It was l clean and included breakfast. Very nice hotel for this price range.
