Check-in person could care less. On cell phone all the time. Heater doesn't work. Room is old, door is completely roached. Waffle iron deposits teflon in your waffle. Small and dated room. Skip this one

Nice accomodations for the price. Not far from Ruby Falls and Rock City which makes avoiding traffic easier. Receptionists were very nice. Didn't receive cleaning service because I didn't notice their "Go Green" campaign. Just a note in case you need your garbage emptied. 😉
