Very nice location

The person who checked me in on August 11th was rude and not friendly. She was short with me, didn’t answer my question, and just had a bad attitude. The person who checked me out; however, was very kind and very friendly.

The property needs to completely update the rooms. The furniture and carpet was dirty and torn, very disappointing for a Marriott property.

This was a wild experience. Paid the extra money to have a better hotel than others in the area and it was a waste. $190 a night is far more than what they should be charging. Our toilet was clogged and non working upon check in. We asked for maintenance and we’re told no maintenance was on staff and due to being fully booked we would not move rooms. The front desk lady offered us a plunger. I expressed that I’d rather not have to plunge and fix my own toilet for what we paid, she dismissed me and stated she’d have a plunger waiting for us when we got back from dinner. When we returned there wasn’t a plunger waiting for us. Had to track down one with another employee and then go fix the broken toilet in our room. The halls stank of weed and there were several cops present viewing security cameras later that night. Again, for the price, not even close to worth it. When the new hotel pops up on the corner I’m certain this one will struggle to maintain a business.

Some staff were really nice and helpful, while others looked annoyed to be bothered. Pool area was clean but never any towels available. Not the best experience.

It was a great stay

The room we booked stated it slept 4 people, a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch is a twin sized mattress. There was NO way 2 could have shared it. Then I paid in advance for full breakfast, but registration clerk said she’d only give us 2 breakfasts because the room was for 2 people- but yet the online description stated slept 4!?! Full breakfast was “choice” of 1 breakfast sandwich, and a bottle of juice or yogurt. The Bistro staff member was GREAT! She was extremely pleasant and slipped us another sandwich to share! The night clerk was also helpful as we did not have any linens for the pull out couch. It should be noted that this facility does not have roll away beds available, not does it have full breakfast.

We had a very late check in after a horrible day at the airport and the check in staff was SUPER kind, helpful, and dug around to find us toothbrushes at 2:30 am!!

location good but condition just OK For example there was a burned out bulb in the reading lamp over my bed.

Check in was quick and easy and all the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Our only complaint was that the fridge turns off after 2 hours. And when you’re out of the room for most of the day you come back to drinks that are not cold anymore.

Pros: comfy beds, clean, beautiful lounge area, great water pressure Cons: poop temp was unusable, hot tub was broken, towels were sand paper. We were also NOT told about the 24 hour room service notice so our room didn’t get cleaned and it smelled so bad when we returned the next evening because of the food and diapers left in the room.

Had a prepaid reservation and when I arrived at the hotel they had no rooms available. I thought prepaid meant that the room was guaranteed regardless if you show up at 5:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning. I paid for the room in advance and expected it to be available when I arrived. Front desk employee wasn't much help.

Room said it would come with a microwave. I called the front desk they said it would be a more expensive room if we wanted a microwave. Did not provide enough towels. They gave left over shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of providing new ones. No hand soap. Air conditioner made a really loud sound every time it runs.
