The three bedroom, two and a half bath rental is recently repainted and redecorated. With a large kitchen, dining room to seat eight, and large balcony overlooking the ocean, it's spacious enough for a family vacation, but still cozy enough for a romantic getaway. Easy, free parking for up to four cars, and an elevator make vacationing easy for everyone. Pets are welcomed. Free wi-fi. Shops, fine dining and casual restaurants, and the historic Windjammer music venue are in walking distance. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately 10 miles away. Coffee shop on island. Uber is available from the condo, as is pizza and other food delivery. Whether you are into sunbathing by the pool, fishing, riding the waves, or reading a book on the balcony, this Isle of Palms vacation rental has something for everyone.

The condo was really nice but it was way way too noisy on weekends and every night. Still loud music ater 11pm. Would not stay again. Best for young people in my opinion.

Awesome Condo!
Fantastic stay! Had everyone from elderly to infant in our party and the condo was just perfect. Clean, well stocked, and so beautiful. Ease of access/parking/communication with condo management was excellent. Four stars due to pool being filthy (trash, sand and super cloudy). We were told the property cleans/vacuums the pool daily, but it wasn’t done until I continued to reach out multiple times (condo management had to reach out to building managers). Unfortunately, we we’re unable to use the pool since it wasn’t cleaned until the last day of our visit, so that was unexpected for the price of the condo.

Spring Break Stay
Came with our son his two friends and our old chocolate lab for spring break. Room sizes and placement are perfect and private. We didn’t hear a peep out of 3 grown boys. It was clean, but the floors need a really good deep clean since our feet were black from walking barefoot. Nice large balcony with 2nd floor view was phenomenal. Overall excellent stay!

Family vacation
This was our 3rd stay at IOP Escapes and it was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious to accommodate all of us which includes my mother who is in a wheelchair, my nephew who has CP, and our 2 small dogs. The ocean view is spectacular and my mom can see it from the deck without leaving the condo. We love it here and keep extending our vacation days spent here each year. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Sean even offered to help load my mom as we were leaving today. I can’t recommend this property and staff enough and we always consider it a perfect vacation when we stay there. We will booking again next year for the 4th year in a row. 😊

Beautiful condo in perfect location
The condo was very clean, larger than expected, and well equipped. The patio with view of the ocean was the perfect place to sit with coffee in the morning. Beach access was easy, communication was great. We would definitely stay again.
