What to See in San Jose

It is claimed the home is haunted by those who were killed by Winchester rifles. Today it’s open for the public to visit.
Inside the Rose Garden of Rosicrucian Park, you can find the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum. It was founded by the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis and came into being in the 1920s. By the 1960s, it held the largest exhibition of Egyptian artifacts in the western US, and owned one of only five planetariums in the entire United States. Today, it still boasts an impressive holding of Egyptian artifacts that have been well preserved.
When it is time to wind down, head to the J. Lohr Vineyards and Winery. This is one of the best wine producing companies in the US and is headquartered in San Jose. Visit them for complimentary wine tastings, but don’t forget your designated driver.
Experience the tech prowess of Silicon Valley at The Tech Museum of Innovation, also known affectionately as “The Tech”. The museum is a hands-on experience for all ages that includes the chance to create your own robot, a public workshop space, an IMAX Dome, and regular rotating temporary exhibits. Spend a few hours or the entire day.
