It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. The TV, Fridge and Microwave were clean, and worked! It was especially nice to have an ice machine that was in good running order! I had to drive 25 minutes to Geneva for the occasion I was attending that weekend. It was not a problem knowing where I would be returning to! Thank you, Econo Lodge Inn!!
This is a very basic roadside motel that was convenient for us while visiting our family. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and although close to a busy road, it was pretty quiet during the night. Somewhat pricey for what it is, the rate seemed high. Coffee is available in the room. We did not take advantage of the breakfast service offered in the office. I'm not sure I would stay again, it is quite bland, but that might be OK for other travelers. No real complaints, just kind of the kind of place some budget travelers would appreciate.
I like what you get for the price. Very clean and quiet, had everything I needed in room for several day stay. I liked the well-lit parking lots, & close proximity to stores and restaurants. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Canandaigua.
The only filter I use when I choose a hotel room is hot tub. One was advertised but no longer functioning on this property. Refrigerator had not been turned on prior to my arrival and there was no stopper for the bathtub. The facility was cleaning the staff was friendly and it is situated nicely on the hill overlooking a small Lakeside City

If I had to do it again, I would have booked a better hotel for a bit more money. Right on the highway, mostly for truckers and bikers. Not staying there again.
Friendly, helpful staff. Room ok. Close to lake where wedding was. Would have preferred staying at Resort. Booked too late.
given the price that was charged for the hotel stay wasn't expecting much, but were pleasantly surprise to get a very good, clean and quiet room. will definitely stay at the same hotel on my next trip.
I think this is one of the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! Our room looked out to the highway..... The noise of trucks & motorcycle motorcycle s was ALL NIGHT!!! THE STAFF had no info on what there was to do there. There is no one at the front desk......EVER. And the so called breakfast......there was almost NOTHING to eat!!!!! Over all....... Horrible hotel!!!!!!
Stayed here to visit friends in the area. The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating. No frills but nice for the price. Close to stores and restaurants and to the lake. Good location.
I asked the hotel to get a refund for my unused night. they said they will refund me but no refund happened
We stayed here over night because we were in the area for a wedding. It was a nice hotel and a great value. Nice breakfast in the morning.
