Has potential but needs work
The lock on the door was broken. House keeping doesn’t come to your room unless you check out. We needed more towels. When we called the front desk the lady was rude. When we went to the pool the guy who was working on the pool kept going outside to smoke weed in the parking lot. The room had just been redone but there was a lot of issues. The water in the tub wouldn’t turn completely off. The toilet was hard to flush.

Outside in very rough shape. Staff sent my two kids and i through unfinished construction parts of hotel to get to pool instead of the shorter safer route. Was advertised to have a game room and didn't. The pool was ok but not as nice as shown but hot tub was green. Fire alarms went off throughout entire hotel in middle of the night with no reason or explanation so i sat up with my kids all night because they were afraid of fire. Staff was difficult to communicate to barely speaking English.

Sidewalks cracked, crumbling, same with parking lots. Difficult to find a parking spot that is near room since stairwells don’t connect to every floor. Staff was pleasant, Room was disappointing, patched up leaks in ceiling were discolored and probably still leaking. Large spider in room was not welcome. Worst part was the noise from family above. Children banging for hours. Complained at 11:15 to front desk and problem resolved for about half hour then resumed. Will never stay here again.
