when we arrived, we found one of the hand towels looked like it had been used to wipe up the floor and put back on the towel bar. The soap dish is the shower was filthy, the back wall at the joining with the shower floor was a mess, looked dirty, had mold growth etc. When I open the bed to get ion the bottom sheet dah dirt pieces and creases like someone had slept on it and the sheet not replaced. I slept between the top sheet and the bed spread. we found the phone in a drawer and the cord between it and the wall was missing. The clock was also on the floor behind the nightstand. The shower head was partly clogged resulting in a small flow of water, The bath towels smelled. Thids is not a place I would stay in again.

Over the years I have utilized Red Roof Inn properties on numerous occasions. Most were reasonably priced and clean. The Red Roof Inn at Kingsland, GA. was inexpensive by today’s standards but in no way could it be called clean and neat. I arrive after a full day of driving on a trip to visit family in Florida. I found the room (non smoking) had a preocular oder to it. The towels were stained and dingy and the sheets which should have been white were also dingy and yellow. In the bathroom, the tub looked as if it had not been cleaned in some time. There was even a hair from a prior guest. The small coffee maker was dirty with stains. I was tired and not up to complain to a disinterested front dest clerk. And, too tired to look for another hotel to stay in. All of the good reviews found on Hotel.com’s site must have been done by Red Roof employees. BE WARNED! DON”T STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!

Hotel was horrible, hotels.com was worse.
It was horrible. There was no remote for the tv. Holes in the bathroom door, extremely hard bed (the pillows weren't bad though), gross carpet and smell. Even though it was a nonsmoking room, everyone sat outside my door and chain smoked. The smell in the room itself was septic, mildew and stale smoke. No help from the front desk OR hotels.com when I contacted a customer service rep. The area hotels including this one was sold out so I was stuck with it. I got what I paid for, which was pretty cheap so I can't be too upset at the hotel. The crappy customer services on this site though did disappoint me. I used to depend on hotels.com every singe time I traveled but lately, I wonder if my loyalty is warranted.
