Heat pump needed help. This was a handicap room, which was we wanted. It was difficult to adjust the temp. on the heating system.

This is a facility in need of some love. Had to move because of a room leak and the new room had a marginally functional heater. The shine is off what was probably a pretty good place in the past. I will say the staff were nice and you could see some level of an attempt at making things nicer, but there is a ways to go...
This is an old motel long overdue for a remodel. The wooden stairs, walkways, and room decks show signs of questionable structural integrity. The main office building was in very nice condition but the separate buildings housing the rooms show age plus wear and tear.
The hotel is older and the architecture is dated. But the room was clean, the staff helpful and the hot breakfast was nice. There was also a kitchenette in our room, which I did not expect.
GE heat pump did not make my room comfortably warm and was excessively noisy. The building is definitely past its prime. LED bulbs on the table and floor lamps directed their light toward the ceiling, making it hard to read.
All good at check in, but the room was not clean. There was black and brown crud all over the shower and wallpaper was held up by tape in places.
The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet, which is what I like. The room was complete with a kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom. It was clean. Had an enjoyable time. It was too cold to use the pool.
We loved it, until a half hour before check out, we got a call from the front desk reminding us that checkout was at 11. T g e front desk lady was quite rude
I thought it would be a little bit nicer. I felt like it was a place where truckers would camp out for a few days. It is out dated and smelt smokey/moldy in a "nonsmoking room". If you need kitchen, sitting area, dining area and bed. Then this place has it all. I would not stay there again. But I may just be too spoiled with my previous stays elsewhere.
Could not watch the t.v from the bed . And it seemed like there were people living there for long term . Like transition housing or something to that nature.
The room was clean but had a slight mothball smell. They breakfast was not anything special. I would stay again if I was on a budget
Living room w/new couch recliner, kitchen, separate king bed, staff helped when you billed me twice for the same night , don't we love computers... Loved the recliner!!!!
Was staying for just one night, arriving later in the evening and leaving early in the morning. There were several maintenance issues, I did not notify the front desk because we were leaving early. Our room light switch did not turn on any lights, had to go to the corner to turn on the lamp. At night this is not comforting to find. Later that evening I found the bathroom door would not latch. Fortuntely it was only my daughter and I staying, so we could work with that. AS I said, I did not give the front desk a chance to fix these since we were staying so short a time. The room smelled strangely when we arrived, and although clean this place needs updating.
Needed last-minute accommodations as were traveling from out of town for a funeral. Single parent with 2 young children ages 2 and 5. Motel provided the infant crib as requested, but unfortunately we were set up in a Smoking room (I thought we had requested Non-smoking when we made our reservations) with no Non-smoking rooms available by the time we checked in so we took that last room. Breakfast was very good and convenient and family friendly. Staff was very courteous and attentive. The weather was too cold to use the pool and playground area but that was a nice feature. Great having microwave and fridge in the room. If I needed overnight lodging again in Bremerton, I would stay there again, but would make sure we had a NON-SMOKING room reserved.
