The entire staff from front desk to the restaurant/bar were so friendly and helpful! Walked in to a lobby with great live music that made dinner even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and cozy, worth every penny. Very close to the music venue we were attending and so much to walk to. Would definitely stay again.

Great property. Dining in the hotel was simple and overpriced like most of the dining places in Boston. More than limited dining in the neighborhood. Nice bar in the lobby.

During our stay, the room had a faulty door mechanism and required us to tap the lock several times before allowing us to enter the room. Also, we stayed during the Christmas holiday. The hotel was decorated festively but the surrounding area did not show any holiday decor. We are more disappointed since we were there the year before and there was a look and feel of the holiday.
