Good the breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful. Most of the ice machines on the property were not functioning. We had to check on 6 different floors to find one that worked.

I left my favorite eyeglasses in the room. The cleaning staff promptly returned them to the front desk. The front desk then requested that I send a mailing label, and they sent the eyeglasses to me. I am indebted to the Front Desk and Housekeeping at the Holiday Inn-Birmingham.
