We stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon & were very pleased with the service and attention that we received from all of the workers. The facility was very neat, clean, and organized. The room was exactly as photographed and better than we imagined. The food associated with the hotel is a little pricey compared to other places but we still enjoyed a nice dinner. Definitely try the chocolate at the hotel & treat yourself to a massage. The boat to Icon Siam Mall was very accessible & took less than 20 minutes rather than finding a taxi!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is excellent. There are multiple restaurants and bars on the property. It is in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. In short we had a wonderful experience and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Bangkok

The mail issue is the size of the room - very small for the class of hotel. The requested 2 double beds were squished together - there is no place for them to be apart. On one side there is about a foot space to get into the bed. The night stands or what pretends to be one is a small ledge off the wall - hardly any space to place anything. The safe is at floor level which is impossible for a senior citizen to use. What is ASTONISHING is there is no closet - just a few hangers over where the suitcase is to be placed. Quite disappointing.

The hotel itself was great! However, the water ferry service only starts at 10:00 am, and if you don’t know EXACTLY when you will be back to book the ferry, it is hard to get back, except by taxi. The ferry does NOT run regularly, so if you missed yours, then you are out of luck. Even if you book the ferry service, it is only about once every hour. I wish the hotel ferry service would run regularly to Sathon pier and Icon Siam. Or, if they joined with the Ramada and had a regular service, then I would have rated it 5 out of 5. However, because of the lack of access to the BTS and ferry system, it makes it hard to go to and from this location. However, other than that, beautiful hotel, great pool, and amazing breakfast!

Beautiful hotel-great location On the waterfront with it own water shuttle taxi this hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were large and very well equipped and comfortable. There was great variety in the breakfast offering and while we did not eat in the restaurant we had a drink in the Tap room after getting off the water taxi one evening which was very pleasant. The gym was very well equipped. One slight negative was the reception area which was extremely busy and crowded and check in was slow however the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel
