The staff were amazing - with incredible attention to detail across the board. While the concept is similiar to W, the property seems far more unique (makes W feel.more like bog box chain). Cant wait to return!
This place was amazing! Highly recommend the water(blue) rooms. They're situated on the highest floors. Service was impeccable and the food was excellent too. The check-in service was unique. A bartender sits you down and prepares a special drink while the staff handles everything.
