Mosquitoes in the room. Bitten alot. They should fix this problem.
Tuktuk service Breakfast needs more western food like bacon and real sausage.
This is a nice hotel, however our room was on the side facing a new building under construction and the noise (while not really loud) was distracting making it difficult to relax in the room during the day. The breakfast buffet was very good ESPECIALLY the "short order chef" preparing custom cooked eggs, scrambled, omelets, etc... In spite of the long line of customers he used hie total of ONLY two burners to cook many special eg orders. The management should have another "short order cook" at the SECOND STATION during the peak period for the breakfast buffet..... In the three mornings we were there, I did not ever see the SECOND Short Order Egg Cooking Station being used..... Management oversight!!!! The Chocolate Fountain was a nice touch at 4 to 5 PM each day, however we missed one day due to shopping.... They also celebrated Halloween by setting up a "Make Up" area for Hotel Guests and Hotel Staff to resemble Halloween characters on October 31st! Another nice touch.... The main drawback to this hotel is location... being a short distance from Sukhumvit Road the SMALL ROADs and inconsiderate local drivers made getting to and from the hotel difficult. Noted the hotel does have a free shuttle to several shopping destinations to take away much of the "pain" of the traffic, locals and small roads....
