Very nice hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit, located inside a gigantic shopping mall, Terminal 21 and directly connected to the BTS (train). Rooms are upscale and large. Service is impeccable. Pool and recreation area is well maintained and inviting. If there is one area of improvement I could recommend, it’s the breakfast bar. Needs some more choices in the bakery section, could use smoked salmon.

Great location! Next to BTS skytrain, MRT underground transportation and shopping center. Staff are nice & friendly. They also provide snacks and multiple bev in room. Breakfast was good and have many varieties. The only 2 things that bother me are 1) it was really hard to use wall socket/outlets in the room. I tried to plug in the power cords for both my laptop and iPhone and it was really difficult. I had to spent couple minutes each time to plug/charge anything. 2) hair dryer was small and took a long time to dry my hair. I am sure that five star hotel can provide better/upgrade hair dryer for their guests.
