I was impressed by how consistently everything in my room broke down. Want to take a shower? Shower curtain falls down. Turn on the TV a d the remote doesn’t work. The mini fridge has a hole in it, the bedsheet has a pee stain, the counters are dirty, you get the idea. I give the hotel staff credit for moving me to a slightly better room, but overall nothing was like what I expected from the Orbitz website and photos. It’s more like a two star hotel than four.

Check in very slow due to certain people, I waited 20-25 minutes before this lot moved off, I was done in 4 minutes. Not the hotels fault, the guests !!

Pretty decent.
Overall, this was a decent 4 out of 5 experience. I stayed in the Square Wing, which is apparently an older wing, and that's part of why I think the room was only decent and not exceptional. My friend had his room in the Sky Wing, and it was much nicer than my room in the Square Wing. That being said, the staff was really nice, which is important.
