Very nice apt but need needs curtains
Very nice apt, clean, not too far from main areas (. 5 min ride to downtown). Property was a bit drab/ industrial but again apt was very nice. Checkin instructions ( photos). We’re not totally accurate but figured it out. Only issue was that I had a ground floor unit with large windows facing the sidewalk/ street. Had blinds but you could still see in the unit from outside so no privacy if people can see you sleeping even when the blinds are supposedly closed. Also was loud with the traffic and people walking by. If they installed curtains or wider blinds for privacy I would give 5 stars but would not stay in this room again due to privacy concerns with the blinds.

When we booked our stay at Locale, my friend from the area said "Primo location," and he was right. Adjacent to the action on South Congress, and a quick and fun walk over the bridge to downtown proper, we were able to easily get everywhere we needed on foot (our primary method), scooter, or Uber. The unit was nice — I loved the kitchen, and it's always cool to have a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable. There were more amenities than we expected — in-unit laundry, a nice clubhouse to work from, and more. There were a couple small things that the maintenance team needed to adjust, and they did so quickly. We had a great stay and we'll be back.

I totally recommend Locale for your stay. Easy instructions & very detailed. Early access was granted immediately at the last minute. Located close to South Congress where awesome shopping & dining are a must!

Easy stay in ATX
Great stay! Only a few amenities missing like you would from a traditional hotel. Our coffee machine was broken and the time to get it replaced took longer than a normal hotel but communication, check in, and check out was super easy! The property was fine but you could tell a lot of people move through there so a little worn in. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay. :0) The ONLY wrinkle was that the automated system did not send me my access codes on time.... which was very frustrating. However, staff did the best they could to remedy the situation once it was discovered. I would stay here again for sure!
