The hotel appeared to be short staffed in many areas. When we checked in there was no one to greet us, for a boutique hotel, I find this unacceptable. I walked around the lobby, restaurant and bar to find someone to check us in, after several minutes someone finally showed up. Our keys needed to be re-programed on the second day. The TV in the room barely worked. It would come on the then shut down after a few minute and the makeup mirror lighting didn’t work. The next day we texted for our car from valet and after 15 minutes of waiting I went through the same drill as check in. Service at the pool and food were excellent. I would give them another try and see if if was just a one off.
