This is a very nice hotel. I highly recommend everyone who visits audition stay here. It’s clean, updated, good dining, and close proximity to everything.
Rainey Street is such a fun area, it was great to stay in a hotel that was right there. The hotel is beautiful - the rooms, lobby, HEATED POOL, gym, and bar area are all new and gorgeous. Easy to get Lyft or valet park, staff was all very helpful.
The room and common areas were nice. The food was so-so. The valet was expensive, but staffed with super friendly folks. My big issue is that when we checked in we were told to be “environmentally friendly,” housekeeping only visited every 3 days. We were there for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. Hallways were also less well kept given the price.
The property is great. Great location, nice views. Overlooks Rainey street and the river. The only downside is currently there is a lot of construction to the high rises in the area.
Expensive valet parking.
Overall the stay was decent and I would return. However, there were a few issues during my stay that I will chalk up to the hotel being brand new. I should have been offered more or really anything for the inconveniences I experienced, but the customer service was a bit stale. It is in a good location close to some good bars and late night eats. And not too far from the center of downtown and the convention center.
