Upon check in my room was not what I requested. I got the view of another building. The agent was rude even I asked to stay an additional night she told she could not accommodate me.

I went on a mini birthday vacation by myself. I felt so safe with a guard at the elevator making you scan your room key to get on the elevator for the rooms. My room was nice clean and had all the amities I needed to enjoy my stay. The staff was nice and friendly. The variety of restaurant's and cafe's are a really nice touch and they are open late.

Comfortable room
The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable and clean. The lobby smelled like smoke when we checked in but that went away later in the day. Elevators are slow - seemed like only half were working.
