A great place. Hard wood floors, nice decks front and back. Nice private pool area. The only downside are the steep steps to the apartment. Bringing suitcases and coolers up could be a problem for older people with bad backs, like me. Fortunately our son in law was with us!

Perfect condo location
We loved this condo. It is right smack in the middle of the island. One direction you can go to the gulf and the other the bay. It's only a short walk either way. What the description doesn't tell you is that there is an olive oil store downstairs that bakes fresh bread daily. The air outside smells like fresh bread and it's amazing. The covered porches are perfect. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Overall we LOVED our stay!! House was basically exactly as listed! As comments say bring your own extra trash bags etc! I called the office bc the master bedroom balcony doors would not lock. No one ever came to fix it that it my only complaint but other than that it was great!

Another Great Stay in Anna Maria Island
Our family stayed at this lovely home and celebrated Thanksgiving Week. The house is exactly as pictured. You can't beat the location. Large open living room and kitchen space was perfect. We really enjoyed having two decks and a pool in the backyard. Beach is a short walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and shops.

This house is very nice, and it has an amazing location. Shops and restaurants within very close proximity. Also, short walk to the beach or the city pier. We had a golf cart & bikes, which was perfect for us.
Just a few things to take note of though. This house is stocked with absolutely nothing. Only the one trash bag in the can when you get there, no laundry pods, no dishwasher tabs, no pens/paper, no hand soap, etc. I called about the trash bags and was told they only start you out with the one and then you’re on your own. It’s not a huge problem, but I wish I would’ve packed a few extra things instead of needing to go buy everything. We stay at VRBO’s a lot and it’s not typical to be so bare boned.
Also - the house was clean, but just needed some upkeep. Overall, lovely home. We would definitely stay again.
