First time we were there the elevator did not work. As well the rooms are pretty hot they never got very cold even with the air conditioner cranked all the way down.
Our room, 78, was amazing. The staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall this hotel could not be better. Although the elevator and the pool were out of service, we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was VERY accomodating and the amenities were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone!
The staff was helpful, the rooms were very clean and the hotel had a lot of charm. AND, on my birthday, after being out all day, we came back to the room to find a lovely gift on the bed from the hotel. very nice!
Amazing reception at this family owned hotel. Perfect location allowed us to walk from the ferry arriving from Capri to the hotel within a couple of minutes. It is close to everything. The view was unrivaled in my experience and was the nicest we had during our 14 days in Italy including 2 at upscale hotels in Capri and Rome. The Eolo restaurant downstairs was the best meal that we had in Italy as well with extraordinary service and another killer view.
