However my one complaint is that after spending nearly $200 a night I do not expect to have to pay for breakfast. $10 a person for basically cereal and juice is a joke especially when the pool is closed. If an expected amenity is not available don’t ask me to pay for breakfast

The pool and hot tub were closed even though there was no mention of it when I booked. The hotel was so noisy that we weren’t able to get any sleep. We paid extra for breakfast which was soggy French toast. Would recommend finding another hotel.

The only thing that happened during a winter storm was that elevators did not work. However, this did not affect us much since the hotel is only 4 floors high.
