My flight was delayed overnight, and when I finally arrived, exhausted and in need of rest, the hotel manager, refused to do anything except take my money or take more money for another night fee. He wouldn't even allow me to check in late and sleep for an hour until late checkout time.

First of all, the property looked very good in the online photos, but was nothing like the photos when I got there. It`s dirty and not kept up at all on the outside. When I got into the room, the first thing I noticed was that it is a very outdated complex. Everything about it looked like it was from back in the 80`s. The bed was ancient looking. The wall light fixtures had one bright bulb and one dim one. When I walked into the bathroom, I noticed that someone had urinated in the toilet and never flushed it. The main bathroom light was very dim, and the fluorescent light above the bathroom sink did not even work. When I went to take a shower, I guess the person in the next room was also showering so I had no hot water at all. I had to wait until they were done before I could shower. The complex itself is an old wooden building so every time someone upstairs walked around, you could hear it and feel it. I could clearly hear every conversation the people in the next room were having. All night long there were people walking past my door talking very loud. Half of them were crackheads. The office staff all seemed like they were there just to congregate with eachother instead of work. All in all, this hotel turned out to be even worse that the description of "you get what you pay for". This definitely was the worse experience I have ever had in any hotel or motel anywhere.. I would rate this hotel as a negative 10 stars, and that`s being generous.

The floors were not vacuumed. I might have chalked it up too bad housekeeping but the wall was stained. The wall switch for the lights barely turned and the faucet in the shower poured more water down the wall than it did on me. Way to go Wyndham

The one positive is that the beds were sort of comfortable. However, we didn't feel overly safe, it was VERY noisy and very dirty. The carpets looked like they haven't been replaced since the hotel opened, the phone in the room looked like it had been through a flood, the shower dripped, the toilet was lopsided, the tub didn't look clean, no ironing board or iron. This place needs some immediate attention to cleanliness and updating.

Only stay here if you’re truly on a tight budget. I stayed here for a company tradeshow as I’m rebuilding my brand. And I did save a lot of money and I’m thankful for that. Although there were a couple times I didn’t feel safe, and the place is very dirty all the outside hallways and including the inside of the rooms. My sheets that were on my bed had burn marks and I had a car twice to replace them, and the ones that were replaced were also dirty and they had to replace those. I actually went out to Whole Foods and bought cleaner and clean the whole room myself. The countertops the sinks the switches etc. I’m sorry it’s just disgusting. Owners and management hear what I’m saying and take responsibility shame on you.

Basically clean, just old and with no frills. When I got there, there were no towels or blankets on the bed. When I asked for them, the staff was courteous.
